1.0Acceptance of Terms
By accessing humdovstudio.com or engaging HumDov Studio for creative services, you agree to these Terms of Service. HumDov Studio is a brand operated by HumDov, Inc. (a Delaware C Corporation) and fulfilled by Rehsa Solutions LLC (a Texas limited liability company).
2.0Services
HumDov Studio provides creative production services to churches and ministries, including video editing, graphic design, motion graphics, website development, and related content production under monthly subscription plans and one time engagements.
3.0Subscriptions and Billing
Monthly subscription plans (Studio Lite, Studio Pro, Studio Premium, Studio Unlimited) bill in advance on a recurring basis. Plans can be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled with 30 days written notice. Annual prepay plans are non refundable except where required by law.
4.0Deliverables and Turnaround
Each plan specifies a monthly capacity of deliverables. Unused capacity does not roll over. Turnaround times begin when complete source material (raw footage, briefs, brand assets) is received. Rush work outside of stated turnarounds may incur additional fees.
5.0Revisions
Each deliverable includes up to two rounds of revisions within the standard turnaround. Additional revisions may be billed hourly or added to the next month's queue at our discretion.
6.0Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for a deliverable, the client receives a perpetual, worldwide license to use the final deliverable for the purpose described in the brief. HumDov Studio retains the right to feature non confidential deliverables in our portfolio unless the client opts out in writing. Stock assets, fonts, and third party content remain licensed under their respective terms.
7.0Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate source material, timely feedback, and any required licenses for third party content (music, footage, talent releases). Delays caused by missing inputs do not extend included turnaround periods.
8.0Websites Built Under the Free Website Offer
Free church websites are bundled with qualifying annual HumDov platform plans. If the underlying HumDov plan is canceled or downgraded below the qualifying tier, continued hosting and maintenance of the website may require a separate service agreement.
9.0Cancellation and Refunds
Monthly plans can be canceled at any time effective at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Work in progress at the time of cancellation will be completed and delivered.
10.0Acceptable Use
HumDov Studio reserves the right to decline or terminate engagements involving content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, or that misrepresents Scripture in ways inconsistent with mainstream Christian doctrine.
11.0Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumDov Studio's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the amount paid by the client to HumDov Studio in the three months preceding the claim.
12.0Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify HumDov Studio against claims arising from content provided by the client, including copyright, trademark, publicity, and defamation claims.
13.0Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
14.0Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or by posting on humdovstudio.com at least 14 days before they take effect.
